보통 2~3일 안에 답합니다. 기기 이름, OS 버전, 어느 화면에서 무슨 일이 있었는지 적어 주시면 빠릅니다.
어떻게 하나요? 칸을 탭해 맨 아래 블록을 고르고, 옮길 칸을 탭합니다. 같은 색이 세로로 3개 이상 이어지면 터집니다. 아래 시간 막대를 탭하면 다음 줄이 바로 내려옵니다.
언제 끝나요? 시간이 다 되거나, 블록이 12개까지 찬 칸에 13번째가 들어오면 끝납니다. 시간을 늘리는 건 모래시계 아이템뿐입니다.
산 테마·광고 제거가 사라졌어요. 설정 → 「구매 복원」을 누르세요. 살 때와 같은 Apple ID 또는 Google 계정이어야 합니다. 코인과 코인으로 산 코스튬은 기기에만 저장되어 앱을 지우면 되살릴 수 없습니다.

광고가 나와요. 결과 화면의 전면 광고와 아래 배너는 「광고 제거」를 사면 사라집니다. 부활·시작 아이템 광고는 직접 고를 때만 나옵니다.
맞춤형 광고 동의를 바꾸고 싶어요. 동의가 필요한 지역에서는 설정의 「광고 동의」에서 바꿀 수 있습니다. iPhone은 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적에서도 바꿀 수 있습니다.
전 세계 랭킹이 안 보여요. iPhone은 Game Center, Android는 Google Play 게임즈에 로그인되어 있어야 합니다. 「이 기기」 랭킹은 로그인 없이 볼 수 있습니다.
기록이 저장되나요? 기록·코인·해금한 캐릭터는 기기에 저장되고, 앱을 지우면 함께 지워집니다.

How to play: tap a lane to pick up its bottom block, then tap another lane to move it. Three or more blocks of the same color in a column clear. Tap the time bar to drop the next row right away. A run ends when time runs out or a 13th block enters a full lane (12 blocks). Only the hourglass item adds time.
Lost a purchase? Settings → "Restore Purchases" with the same Apple ID or Google account. Coins and costumes bought with coins are stored only on the device. Refunds are handled by the stores: Apple · Google Play.
Ads: "Remove Ads" removes interstitial and banner ads. Rewarded ads (revive, start items) play only when you choose them. Where consent is required, ad consent can be changed in Settings; on iPhone also under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Global ranking requires Game Center (iPhone) or Google Play Games (Android). The on-device ranking works without signing in. See the privacy policy.
